What you will do

• Conduct tests to verify that hardware components are defect-free and meet quality requirements.
• Create test plans, maintain testing platforms, and monitor test processes.
• Update testing applications to support new products and complete hardware validations.
• Prepare testing and defect reports for contract manufacturers and buyers, coordinating follow-up with vendors.
• Work with contract manufacturing and sales teams to provide testing documentation.
• Support team training and ensure defects are properly tracked while complying with safety requirements.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum education level: F.5, HKCEE, or DSE; prior work experience is preferred but not essential.
