Salary: 7,000 AZN
Alltegrity Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group’s financial operations and drive sustainable business growth across our Industrial, Construction, Supply & Trading, and Retail business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and compliance across all Group companies.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, governance, and internal policies.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and provide strategic financial insights to executive management.
- Optimize working capital, profitability, and capital allocation.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead financing activities, debt management, and investment evaluations.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and commercial risks.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage).
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in finance.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, taxation, financial planning, and reporting.
- Experience within diversified groups or holding companies is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
