Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)

What you will do
- Produce full educational videos by combining voiceovers, live-action footage, and 2D motion graphics.
- Execute visual directions based on completed scripts and storyboards.
- Ensure consistent pacing, timing, and visual hierarchy across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Manage the full production cycle, including revisions, versioning, and final technical delivery.
- Maintain and organize graphic assets and project files according to established production workflows.
- Collaborate with a remote production team via Slack, Frame.io, and ClickUp.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Strong professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience producing complete videos rather than just individual animation sequences.
- Ability to attend daily production huddles at 9:30 a.m. Central Time.
- Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating relevant motion graphics and video editing work.
Nice to have
- Experience with architectural, engineering, construction, or built-environment content.
- Experience animating technical processes, buildings, floor plans, or diagrams.
- Experience producing long-form educational videos (10 minutes or longer).
- Ability to incorporate basic 3D objects into motion graphics projects.
