What you will do

• Manage GoHighLevel CRM across multiple companies, including the maintenance of pipelines, workflows, and tagging systems.
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns through audience research and creative testing.
• Implement and maintain advanced tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and UTM parameters.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed marketing reports to maximize ROI.
• Analyze CRM data quality and ensure consistent record management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of CRM automation and workflow development.
• Experience with marketing reporting platforms such as Looker Studio or GA4.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms.
• Experience with marketing attribution and conversion optimization.
