What you will do

• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, testing audiences and creatives.
• Manage the lead conversion process, including follow-ups via email, SMS, and calls.
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations and clean CRM pipelines.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Develop weekly updates and monthly performance reports for continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and CRM/marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to align with US Pacific time zone hours.
• Strong organizational skills and a systems-oriented mindset.
