What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of testing services, including BAU, certification, BER, PVT, EMV L3, and token testing.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Staff and Senior Testing Engineers.
• Manage operational risks and client escalations through platforms like OneCRM.
• Drive process optimization and automation, integrating the effective use of AI in testing tools.
• Report on key success metrics including NPS, CSAT, and SLA adherence to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and GTM teams to enable seamless client onboarding and certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience leading global, client-facing operational or technical support teams.
• Strong background in testing, certification, and implementation support within payments or financial services.
• Experience in workforce planning and managing accountability across distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 8583 messages and payment transaction flows.
• Knowledge of Chip payment solutions (EMV) and Token Payment Lifecycle.
• Understanding of hirify.global’s Operating Regulations.
