Manager, Account Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers, setting goals and reviewing performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint and grow wallet share within client portfolios.
• Create repeatable playbooks by identifying workflows and product opportunities across the client base.
• Provide market intelligence on industry trends and competitors to commercial leadership.
• Guide account strategies by analyzing client transaction trends and operational needs.
• Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve platform usage.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in fintech or high-growth companies.
• 3-5 years of experience directly leading teams in a rapid growth or 0-to-1 phase.
• Strong commercial intuition and ability to map payment flows and identify revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a structured and persuasive approach.
• Proven ability to build trust across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Must be based in Singapore.
