What you will do

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for digital products, platforms, and data across the organization.
• Manage significant digital investment decisions and lead the enterprise-wide digital portfolio.
• Translate complex business needs into an integrated digital portfolio using a hub-and-spoke technology model.
• Partner with central technology teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery that creates measurable business value and long-term competitive advantage.
• Develop talent and build high-performing leadership teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital, technology, data, or product environments.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and portfolio delivery in complex organizations.
• Expertise in developing enterprise digital strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing business cases and investment strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive leaders.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Auckland, New Zealand
