Sr. Data Analyst

Location: Remote within Canada only.

Salary: CAD 100,000–156,300 annually; most new hires start at CAD 118,800.

What you will do

• Partner with Finance and Payments to build and maintain metrics, models, and dashboards for financial reporting.
• Handle end-to-end analysis, including requirements discovery, SQL and dbt modeling, Looker dashboard development, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop dashboards for financial planning, revenue analysis, cost insights, and transaction-level reporting.
• Maintain core financial data models and troubleshoot data quality, reconciliation, and calculation issues.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical solutions and support data architecture modernization.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing when financial data is involved.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a high-growth or complex product environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker.
• Experience supporting Finance stakeholders, including FP&A, Accounting, Payments, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ownership, initiative, independence, attention to detail, and experience with reconciliation and QA.
• Experience with GitHub or version control.
