What you will do

• Manage and oversee strategic interactions and responses with the Central Bank of Brazil regarding regulatory supervision.
• Develop, optimize, and expand hirify.global's Supervisory Engagement Model and risk frameworks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Country Managers and the Head of Risk in Brazil.
• Implement frameworks to ensure complete compliance with local risk management regulations and coordinate in-market risk committees.
• Leverage AI to automate regulatory reporting and streamline processes for higher efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Controls teams to align supervision with business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience with Advanced degrees).
• Extensive experience managing regulatory relationships, specifically with the Central Bank of Brazil.
• Strong knowledge of payment system risks and emerging regulatory trends.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
• Must be based in Brazil to support a hybrid work model in São Paulo.

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex programs and guiding cross-functional teams.
