What you will do

• Conduct and track ongoing ethics investigations and manage the company's hotline resources.
• Oversee the annual Code of Conduct certification cycle and global learning and training processes.
• Support ESG initiatives and manage KYC/KYV processes to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop KPIs and interactive dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of the compliance program.
• Maintain a comprehensive catalog of compliance policies and manage the OEC internal landing page.
• Design and deploy tools to enhance the operational efficiency of the Legal and Compliance Department.

Requirements

• University degree in Law; advanced law degree or certifications like CCEP, PMP, CCMP, or CFE are a plus.
• More than 5 years of corporate legal or law firm experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with Navex, LMS, Workday, or SAP.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil for a hybrid work model.
