What you will do

• Develop and scale cloud-native security solutions for enterprise-grade organizations.
• Refine system architecture and optimize the technology stack for high-traffic products.
• Design and implement reliable distributed systems and cloud workload protection services.
• Utilize AI assistants (Gemini, Claude, Cursor) for root-cause analysis, system design reviews, and architectural assessments.
• Contribute to the development of AI-augmented workflows and internal tools to extend AI capabilities across the codebase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or deep expertise in Java, Python, Rust, C#, or Node.js with a willingness to transition to Go.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms for high-scale environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and their native services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E), and rigorous code reviews.
• Must be based in Israel; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position.

Nice to have

• Advanced expertise in Go concurrency and memory management patterns.
• Experience managing multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS at scale.
