What you will do

• Shape the architecture and technical direction of a mature database monitoring product used by thousands of customers.
• Design and build scalable, resilient, and secure systems using modern .NET and C#.
• Own significant and ambiguous projects from planning through predictable delivery.
• Improve system performance and deliver features that help customers manage database environments.
• Raise engineering capability through mentoring, coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineers, product management, design, technical leadership, and wider stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in modern .NET and C#.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and future technical implications.
• Consistent use of unit testing, code review, and clear communication.
• Experience working in highly collaborative and agile development teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the Cambridge office once every two weeks; visa sponsorship or relocation support may be discussed depending on the role.
