What you will do

• Lead the MSAT organization, overseeing Tech Transfer, Development Services, and Process Validation functional areas.
• Foster a high-performing culture through active leadership, team coaching, and change management.
• Drive the strategic direction of the MSAT department in alignment with site and overall business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and represent the site during Health Authority inspections.
• Partner with global MSAT teams and customers to standardize best practices and ensure project success.
• Manage the financial health of the organization, including budgeting and resource planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Vacaville, CA.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in biotechnology.
• Expertise in process development, scale-up, manufacturing, and process validation.
• Proven experience managing multiple leaders and oversight of teams with 50+ individuals.
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. and EU cGMP regulatory frameworks.
• Track record of delivering results through effective delegation and portfolio oversight.
