What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional client programs, defining scientific hypotheses and technical strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subject matter experts to meet critical project milestones.
• Provide scientific oversight for GMP manufacturing, including study design, clinical tech transfer, and commercialization.
• Manage detailed project plans, including scope, risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure financial and technical success.
• Ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary scientific contact for clients and mentor scientific staff and project teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a scientific or technical lead in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated environments.
• Expertise in designing and interpreting development studies and translating scientific challenges into actionable strategies.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, regulatory expectations, and quality systems.
• Advanced scientific degree: PhD with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's/Master's with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence senior scientific staff.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex scientific data to clients and senior stakeholders.
