What you will do

• Design and implement gameplay features and systems using Roblox Studio and Lua.
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures for game systems.
• Integrate and refine game mechanics, UI, and networked interactions.
• Apply optimization techniques and platform-specific best practices for performance and stability.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to translate creative vision into engaging, scalable features.
• Align with team priorities and participate in technical discussions to meet milestones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Roblox Studio.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Games, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and networking basics.
• Proficiency with Roblox APIs including Data Store, Remote Events, and UI tools.
• Experience with core game loops and progression systems.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with live service game development.
• Hands-on work with Unreal Engine or Unity.
