What you will do

• Design and implement gameplay features and systems using Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable C++ and Blueprint-based solutions.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to translate requirements into high-quality in-game features.
• Integrate and iterate on gameplay mechanics, character behavior, AI, UI, and camera systems.
• Debug, profile, and optimize gameplay systems to meet performance and memory targets.
• Perform console ports of popular PC and Mobile games.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints within UE.
• Professional experience working on AA or AAA game projects in a studio environment.
• Deep understanding of Gameplay Framework, Animation systems, Physics, and Input systems.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Perforce.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with outsourcing or co-development studios.
• Experience with networked or multiplayer gameplay.
• Familiarity with performance optimization for consoles or PC.
• Shipped titles on PC, console, or XR platforms.
