IT Program Manager & Business Analyst (PM-BA)

Location: Fully remote for candidates located in and authorized to work in Colombia, Kenya, or Nigeria; an in-person office setting is available near the Kenya location. Consistent overlap with U.S. Eastern Time from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple information security and infrastructure initiatives, including plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and resource assignments.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain JIRA backlogs, support backlog refinement, and track delivery against milestones.
• Prepare governance materials, status reports, dashboards, meeting records, and follow-up actions for project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Maintain requirements traceability and system documentation, identify process improvements, and support reporting design.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, audit readiness, GRC activities, and data protection requirements across workstreams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management and business analysis experience in IT or technology-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects or delivering high-quality business analysis documentation.
• Hands-on Agile experience, including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives, with proficiency in JIRA, Monday.com, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills in matrixed environments.
• Must be located in and have the right to work in Colombia, Kenya, or Nigeria.
• Must maintain consistent overlap with U.S. Eastern Time from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIS and infrastructure domains, including security engineering, security operations, IAM, GRC, and data privacy.
• Experience in an international NGO or global humanitarian organization.
• PMP, CSM, or an equivalent project or program management certification.
