What you will do

• Develop and improve software for equities valuation and quantitative analytics capabilities.
• Enhance the engineering quality, robustness, scalability, and maintainability of strategic C++/Lua codebases.
• Apply memory analysis, performance profiling, and optimization techniques to complex systems.
• Introduce automated unit and integration testing, code quality metrics, and performance validation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define solutions and integrate software.
• Contribute to secure coding practices, code reviews, release management, and technology communities.

Requirements

• Deep programming expertise in C++ and experience with large-scale, complex codebases.
• Extensive experience in memory analysis, performance profiling, and software optimization.
• Ability to influence engineering standards and implement automated testing, CI/CD, code quality reporting, and non-functional requirement validation.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, secure, and performance-optimized software.
• Ability to guide technical direction, advise stakeholders, manage risks, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java and C++ integration through JNI.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release management.
• Experience with Python, Lua, or similar scripting and embedded languages.
