What you will do

• Own the core intelligence of Summy AI Copilot from concept to production rollout.
• Design and build robust, multi-turn AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph.
• Develop hybrid retrieval pipelines (dense + BM25) and semantic layers for compliance data.
• Build and optimize secure Text-to-SQL pipelines with permission-aware access control.
• Set up comprehensive LLM observability and evaluation pipelines using tools like Langfuse.
• Iteratively scale system complexity based on production metrics and A/B tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Software/Data/ML Engineering.
• 1.5+ years explicitly focused on shipping production-grade GenAI/LLM systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals, including structured extraction and tool calling.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data infrastructure (BigQuery, Kafka, Airflow).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, Vector DBs (Qdrant), and LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI).
• Experience with FastAPI and cloud deployments (GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience building Text-to-SQL agents or AI tools for self-service analytics.
• Background in classical NLP, traditional MLOps, or large-scale data engineering.
• Familiarity with compliance, anti-fraud, KYC/AML, or fintech domains.
