What you will do

• Validate platform functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain functional and regression test scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Manage defect reporting, retesting, release readiness checklists, and approvals.
• Prepare release notes and user guidance, and support production and post-release validation.
• Review production issues and improve testing documentation, regression coverage, and quality governance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in software or product QA, release management, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with functional and regression testing and UAT coordination.
• Experience supporting software releases in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Malta.

Nice to have

• Experience in product-led organizations, platform or SaaS products, social casino, gaming, or regulated industries.
• SQL knowledge and awareness of test automation principles and tools.
• Experience introducing QA frameworks or governance models.
• German proficiency.
