What you will do

• Define and own QA strategy across approximately 70 live Unity mobile games, balancing shared standards with title-specific requirements.
• Build scalable QA processes, automation, and release practices across the game portfolio.
• Own release readiness, including release gates, staged rollouts, rollback strategies, post-launch monitoring, and Go/No-Go recommendations.
• Drive automated testing for Unity games and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team while collaborating with engineering, design, production, and external QA partners.
• Improve quality across shared SDKs, Firebase, analytics, monetization, and backend services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile game QA experience, including QA team leadership and strategy ownership for live products.
• Experience building scalable Unity test automation with AltTester, AltUnity, Unity Test Framework, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with device-level cross-app UI automation using tools such as Appium, UIAutomator2, or XCUITest.
• Experience integrating automated testing into GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar CI/CD systems.
• Strong knowledge of live mobile game release management, Firebase, analytics validation, mobile SDKs, Android and iOS debugging, and performance testing.
• Experience with QA infrastructure, including device farms, emulators, or physical device labs, as well as mentoring and cross-functional adoption.

• Backend and API testing experience.
• Experience maintaining large portfolios of live games.
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, and modern engineering workflows.
