Location: Must work from the UK. Hybrid or in-studio working in Nottingham is preferred.

What you will do

• Lead the long-term global communications strategy for the Dead Island franchise across its full product lifecycle.
• Define the global messaging framework and overarching narrative architecture to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Build hirify.global' reputation and visibility through corporate storytelling and proactive communications.
• Coordinate PR, Social Media, Community, and Creator communications as a unified function.
• Act as a senior advisor to studio leadership on positioning, reputation management, and crisis communications.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for awareness, sentiment, and share of voice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications/PR, with 3+ years specifically in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience delivering global communications strategies for AAA games or comparable consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of earned, owned, and shared media.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills for creating compelling narratives.
• Experience managing executive communications and preparing senior spokespeople.
• Must be based in the UK.
