What you will do

• Develop review protocols and contribute to study methodology.
• Conduct title, abstract, and full-text screening of literature.
• Extract, synthesise, and critically appraise evidence.
• Complete quality and risk of bias assessments.
• Produce PRISMA flow diagrams and support project reporting.
• Communicate findings to clients and contribute to business development proposals.

Requirements

• Degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience across the systematic review process.
• Strong evidence synthesis and critical appraisal skills.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model within the UK (Cardiff or Bicester).

Nice to have

• Experience with rapid, targeted, scoping or umbrella reviews.
• Knowledge of clinical, epidemiological, economic or quality-of-life data.
• Understanding of health economics, market access or pharmaceutical development.
