TL;DR
AI Researcher (Post-Training): Developing next-generation solutions for enterprise-grade coding agents and models with an accent on LLM post-training and static analysis. Focus on implementing policy optimization algorithms, verifier-based RL frameworks, and data-centric AI methods to ensure high-quality code generation.
Location: On-site in Geneva, Switzerland (Relocation supported for the right candidate)

What you will do
- Develop and implement advanced products that enable customers to post-train models for agentic coding practices.
- Translate research prototypes and proofs-of-concept into cutting-edge enterprise products.
- Collaborate with researchers, research engineers, and MLOps to design hypotheses and experiments.
- Drive the next generation of coding model post-training as a subject matter expert.
- Stay up-to-date with LLM and agentic developments and communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland.
- Advanced academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning with a solid understanding of software engineering practices.
- Expertise in LLM post-training, including policy optimization (GRPO, PPO), RLVR, SFT, PEFT, and alignment.
- Proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks.
- English: C1+ (Excellent communication skills) required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Rust or Qube’s flagship languages (C#, C++, JS/TS, Java).
