AI Researcher (Post-Training)

What you will do

• Develop and implement advanced products that enable customers to post-train models for agentic coding practices.
• Translate research prototypes and proofs-of-concept into cutting-edge enterprise products.
• Collaborate with researchers, research engineers, and MLOps to design hypotheses and experiments.
• Drive the next generation of coding model post-training as a subject matter expert.
• Stay up-to-date with LLM and agentic developments and communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland.
• Advanced academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning with a solid understanding of software engineering practices.
• Expertise in LLM post-training, including policy optimization (GRPO, PPO), RLVR, SFT, PEFT, and alignment.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks.
• English: C1+ (Excellent communication skills) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust or hirify.globalQube’s flagship languages (C#, C++, JS/TS, Java).
