Game development studio working with a proprietary multi-platform engine and tools for AAA console titles.

What you will do

• Develop and support tools and plugins for the proprietary 4A Engine and common art production software.
• Create features and pipelines used to build game levels and automate content creation tasks.
• Maintain the build process and troubleshoot complex technical and design problems.
• Collaborate with content creation staff, producers, and programmers to define tasks and timelines.
• Write efficient, clean, maintainable code and supporting documentation.
• Monitor code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience shipping an AAA console title with multiple SKUs.
• Proficiency in C and C++, strong mathematics, problem-solving, communication, and self-direction skills.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, ZBrush, XNormal, CrazyBump, V-Ray, Realflow, Substance Designer/Painter, or Marvelous Designer.
• Strong verbal and written English skills and understanding of the full software development life cycle.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SVN or Git.
• Proactive attitude and interest in improving studio operations.
