Android Developer (Kotlin)

Location: Hybrid in Tbilisi or Limassol

What you will do

• Develop and improve an Android application used monthly by more than 10 million users.
• Apply modern Android development approaches, including coroutines, multi-module architecture, and Jetpack Compose.
• Participate in product concept discussions and propose and implement ideas.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers and in-house designers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of mobile practices, tooling, and the codebase.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and multi-module systems.
• Experience with design systems and UI component libraries.

Nice to have

• Experience writing custom Gradle plugins.
• Familiarity with Ruby, Fastlane, and CI scripting.
• General DevOps awareness, including Docker, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical support within teams.
