TL;DR
Solutions Lead (AWS/Azure): Designing tailored solutions for public sector clients with an accent on bridging business requirements, technical design, and delivery. Focus on leading end-to-end solution design, owning pre-sales responses for tenders, and facilitating multidisciplinary workshops to ensure scalable architectures.
Location: London, UK. Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years to be eligible for Security Clearance. Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end solution design process from early concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Own and lead solution responses for RFIs, ITTs, and tenders in collaboration with bid and sales teams.
- Facilitate solution workshops with technical architects, engineering leads, and business analysts to define integrated solutions.
- Contribute to internal projects to develop new digital solutions and define technically proficient propositions.
- Present and articulate solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships to align their needs with innovative technological solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Solution Lead within the IT services industry.
- Proficiency in both AWS and Azure cloud platform services and solutions.
- Experience in developing winning solutions for bids and familiarity with bid processes.
- Ability to document proposed solution designs and create detailed solution diagrams.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for 5+ consecutive years).
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
