What you will do

• Develop earned-first and social-by-design campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches.
• Lead high-level concepting and polished design for integrated 360 marketing campaigns.
• Own and maintain the visual brand story for clients, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and vision.
• Present and sell-in creative ideas, their rationale, and specific solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, strategy, production, and analytics to produce powerful work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to concept across social, digital, print, TV, audio, and experiential mediums.
• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
