TL;DR

Senior CyberArk Designer / PAM Engineer (CyberArk/PAM): Designing and supporting enterprise CyberArk and PAM solutions across a large Identity and Access Management environment with an accent on privileged access controls, integrations, and troubleshooting. Focus on building technical designs and configurations, integrating with IAM/SIEM/security tooling, and supporting upgrades across Linux, Windows, and Mainframe systems.

Location: Brussels preferred – Hybrid (8 days per month onsite). Candidates may also be based in the Netherlands or France, where local offices are available.

hirify.global is hiring for a Senior CyberArk Designer / PAM Engineer role within an Identity and Access Management team.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CyberArk solutions.
• Create technical designs, architecture documents, and system configurations.
• Configure and support CyberArk components including Password Vault, CPM, PSM, and Admin Console.
• Integrate CyberArk with IAM, SIEM, and other security platforms; develop and maintain connectors and plugins.
• Perform security assessments and recommend improvements to privileged access controls.
• Support CyberArk infrastructure upgrades and troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, and Mainframe environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing CyberArk solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite and PAM concepts/best practices.
• Experience with CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PSM, and PVWA/Admin Console.
• Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with IAM, SIEM, and other security tooling.
• Strong understanding of authentication, encryption, and network protocols; ability to troubleshoot complex CyberArk infrastructure issues.

Nice to have

• CyberArk certifications (Trustee, Defender, Sentry, or similar).
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mainframe environments.
• Experience developing CyberArk connectors/plugins.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and experience working across multicultural/global teams.
