TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & GitOps): Building and improving production-grade Kubernetes platforms and GitOps-based deployment workflows with an accent on scalability, observability, and reliability. Focus on designing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning via Terraform, and ensuring the stability of distributed systems in cloud environments.
Location: Gdynia, Poland. Work From Anywhere culture. Relocation program available.

What you will do
- Design, operate, and optimize production-grade Kubernetes platforms and workloads.
- Implement and support GitOps workflows using tools like Flux or Argo CD.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure application delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, and workload identity patterns.
- Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, and production operations best practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale.
- Proficiency with GitOps (Flux or Argo CD) and Helm/Kustomize.
- Experience with AWS services (EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, RDS).
- Strong Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go.
Nice to have
- Experience with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd, Consul) and Secrets Management (Vault).
- Background in Platform Engineering and multi-region architectures.
- Knowledge of SRE practices and SLO-based operations.
- Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
