What you will do
- Support application troubleshooting and performance monitoring using Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD processes via Jenkins and GitHub.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell and Groovy.
- Perform root cause analysis and capacity planning to ensure system reliability.
- Provide on-call support for application environments.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Linux and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in DevOps automation tools, specifically Jenkins and GitHub.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
Nice to have
- Experience with Groovy Scripting, YAML, or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Card Payment systems.
