What you will do

• Develop and maintain system-level architectures for UAV hardware, including power, communication, avionics, payload, and propulsion systems.
• Define electrical, mechanical, and data interfaces and maintain wiring diagrams, interface control documents, and bills of materials.
• Coordinate the integration of electronic modules into airframes with mechanical, electronics, software, and production engineers.
• Plan and supervise integration, bench, and flight testing of hardware systems.
• Debug signal integrity, power distribution, mechanical fit, and reliability issues using telemetry and test data.
• Participate in design reviews, requirements translation, and risk analysis and mitigation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in system integration or hardware development for UAVs, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including power systems, sensors, and CAN, UART, and Ethernet interfaces.
• Familiarity with autopilots, flight controllers, and UAV subsystems.
• Experience with wiring, harness design, hardware assembly documentation, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with prototype testing and debugging.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• UAV flight testing or telemetry systems experience.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and power management.
• Familiarity with Altium, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of system-level verification and validation processes.
