What you will do

• Listen to and compare pairs of audio recordings to determine the better version.
• Evaluate recordings based on provided quality and naturalness guidelines.
• Ensure consistent decision-making across all assigned cases.
• Complete approximately 20–23 evaluation cases per hour.
• Provide human feedback to improve AI speech synthesis.

Requirements

• Native speaker of the target language.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Previous experience in audio evaluation.
• Stable internet connection and laptop/desktop.
• Ability to work during local business hours (9 AM–6 PM).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on Appen projects.
