Senior Product Designer

Location: Hybrid work model with offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Lisbon

What you will do

• Drive user research to identify needs and align with business goals
• Create design deliverables including user journeys, service blueprints, and prototypes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and UX team to ensure user-centered design
• Participate in workshops, design sprints, and creative sessions

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong conceptual thinker with user-first mindset
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in design-related field
• Fluent in design tools like Figma; prototyping tools are a plus
• Familiarity with design sprints, scrum/agile, and Lean UX is a plus
