What you will do

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across the organization.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, adaptation, and retention initiatives.
• Facilitate 1:1 meetings, stay interviews, and exit interviews to maintain a healthy team pulse.
• Drive employee engagement programs, pulse surveys, eNPS, and various culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with management on organizational design, performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate compensation reviews, benefits administration, and prepare HR reports using people analytics.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
• Proven track record in employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR) and HR analytics.
• English proficiency sufficient to work in an international environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Limassol.
