We are looking for a People Partner to become a trusted HR partner for our teams, supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle and helping managers build engaged, high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
Support onboarding, probation, employee adaptation, and retention initiatives.
Conduct 1:1 meetings, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
Drive employee engagement programs, pulse surveys, eNPS, and culture initiatives.
Partner with managers on organizational design, performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
Coordinate compensation reviews, benefits administration, and HR processes with HR Operations.
Support organizational changes, team scaling, and HR transformation projects.
Prepare HR reports and use people analytics to support business decisions.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in an IT or technology company.
Experience with employee engagement, retention, onboarding, and performance management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR or similar) and HR analytics.
English proficiency sufficient to work in an international environment.
