What you will do

• Own renewal outcomes, forecast account risk, and manage mitigation plans across a Commercial customer portfolio.
• Drive adoption of licensed modules and features through onboarding, account check-ins, and value-realization milestones.
• Build stakeholder relationships, manage NPS follow-up, and turn satisfied customers into references and case studies.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales on expansion motions.
• Use AI-powered account intelligence, CRM, and reporting tools to prioritize activity and inform customer conversations.
• Prepare QBRs, maintain account health data, and contribute to reporting on retention, churn, and expansion revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing commercial role.
• Experience managing multiple accounts against retention and growth targets, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Comfort working with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce and Snowflake-based reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to lead structured business reviews.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, email security, or adjacent SaaS products is advantageous.
