About the Role

You will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members. You will help clients manage their accounts and products, focus on making every interaction meaningful, and resolve client issues by listening and taking accountability. You will introduce clients to mobile banking applications so they can better manage their banking. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and may support clients at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Responsibilities
