Senior Production & Operations Expert (Hardware)

Location: Billund, Denmark (Hybrid, average 3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Design and optimize operational processes for software, hardware, and prototyping fabrication workflows.
• Oversee planning, resourcing, and scheduling for agile project initiatives using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Manage daily studio operations, team logistics, travel, events, and internal company-wide communications.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and evaluate suppliers based on reliability, cost, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain clear process documentation and compliance frameworks for the studio.
• Track budgets and provide leadership status reports on studio activities and resourcing.

Requirements

• Significant operational or programme management experience within prototyping, hardware, or innovation labs.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing workflows.
• Proven ability to implement and scale operational systems and documentation.
• Experience managing digital and software project roll-outs.
• Proficiency in workflow tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in or able to work from Billund, Denmark.
