What you will do
- Process incoming user requests through email, messengers, and chat.
- Manage financial operations, including checking withdrawals and resolving deposit issues.
- Conduct KYC verification by requesting and auditing user documents.
- Administer bonus accruals and debits according to company rules.
- Communicate with payment services and escalate issues to technical and finance departments.
Requirements
- Russian language: competent written speech required
- English: B1 (Intermediate) level or above
- Experience with HelpDesk systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
- Proficiency in PC skills and the ability to work with online translators and AI assistants.
- Ability to handle conflict situations and deal with negativity constructively.
- Willingness to work 2/2 night shifts.
