What you will do
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-impact KOLs aligned with brand values and business objectives.
- Plan and execute KOL events, brand activations, networking events, and partnership meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between Binance and KOL partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage KOL-related crisis communications and sensitive situations with composure and sound judgment.
- Prepare reporting on KOL performance, campaign impact, and public sentiment trends.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Growth, and Compliance teams and represent the brand at industry events and media engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in KOL or influencer relations, PR, or partnerships, preferably in technology, fintech, or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to manage KOL portfolios independently from sourcing through activation with minimal onboarding.
- Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, crisis management, communication, and judgment skills.
- Comfort representing the brand at external events and on-camera engagements in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

- Knowledge of or interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- Additional language skills.
