What you will do

• Own the end-to-end revenue cycle, including claims, denials, appeals, and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Monitor KPIs, identify revenue opportunities, and reduce denial rates.
• Lead and develop the revenue cycle team while improving internal processes and performance.
• Stay current on CMS regulations and payer policy changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare billing and commercial payor policy.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
