What you will do

• Lead regional growth strategies, affiliate partnerships, VIP services, and revenue initiatives.
• Build and scale affiliate programs, optimize conversion funnels, and improve VIP retention.
• Translate global strategy into measurable plans with clear KPIs and deliverables.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitors, and launch region-specific products and campaigns.
• Develop relationships with regulators, government stakeholders, affiliates, VIPs, clients, and ecosystem partners.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial team across affiliate management, business development, and VIP servicing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience at a top-tier crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform.
• Proven government relations and regulatory liaison experience in Southeast Asia, including licensing, supervisory reporting, and compliance matters.
• Experience with AML/CFT, data protection, and VASP-related regulations, as well as licensing applications or acquisitions.
• Fluent English and Southeast Asian languages; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience operating in regulated, competitive markets while delivering multi-million-dollar monthly revenue growth through business development and affiliate acquisition.
• Experience owning P&L, setting market KPIs, exceeding growth targets, and influencing external stakeholders.
