What you will do
- Create performance-focused advertising assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display campaigns.
- Produce short-form video ads and static social or display creatives from briefs and raw footage.
- Develop multiple variations of visual hooks, headlines, and CTAs for structured A/B testing.
- Repurpose UGC, product videos, and existing assets into high-volume, test-ready ads.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers and Product Owners to align creatives with target audiences and offers.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate production and reduce repetitive manual work.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating advertising creatives for paid social or digital marketing campaigns.
- Portfolio featuring both short-form video ads and static advertising creatives.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
- Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, or ElevenLabs.
- Basic familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, scroll-stop rate, hook rate, CPA).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania.
