What you will do

• Formulate and execute clinical development strategies for the Japan market in coordination with global teams.
• Manage the Japan Development Team (JDT) and oversee clinical studies to ensure successful project completion.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, academic societies, and patient groups.
• Prepare and review high-quality regulatory documents, including study outlines, briefing documents, and CTDs.
• Lead and manage independent data monitoring committees (IDMC), adjudication, and safety review committees.
• Review clinical data and safety reports to determine necessary actions for clinical trials.

Requirements

• Scientific background with 3+ years of experience in clinical development.
• Thorough understanding of clinical and regulatory submission processes.
• Proven ability to design development strategies and manage medium-sized multi-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
