Senior Digital Experience Executive (SEO)

What you will do

• Own the execution of SEO, reactive digital PR, and content performance workstreams.
• Lead technical audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, on-page optimisation, and search visibility.
• Monitor news and search trends, identify newsjacking opportunities, build media lists, and draft outreach pitches.
• Analyse traffic and keyword trends using GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party research tools.
• Track SEO and Digital PR performance, prepare client reports, and translate results into commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience leadership, clients, external partners, and junior team members while mentoring Executives and Associates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical SEO and reactive digital PR.
• Ability to independently run complex audits involving crawling, indexing, and site architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Google Search Console, and research or media tools.
• Ability to identify reactive PR opportunities and communicate technical or creative recommendations clearly.
• Experience translating technical and media data into commercially relevant client narratives.
• Proactive, autonomous working style with experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging discovery platforms.
• Experience with Screaming Frog and leading media databases.
