What you will do
- Lead complex technical SEO audits, diagnosing issues related to crawling, indexing, and site architecture.
- Execute reactive digital PR and newsjacking strategies, including media list building and pitching to international and local outlets.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into traffic and keyword trends using GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Develop organic growth roadmaps by identifying content gaps and user journey friction points.
- Mentor junior Executives and Associates on technical tasks and best practices for analysis.
- Champion the use of AI and automation tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) to increase workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in technical SEO and reactive digital PR.
- Ability to independently run complex technical audits.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party research/media tools.
- Sharp judgment in spotting and acting on reactive PR opportunities quickly.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Must be based in Cape Town, ZA or Manchester, GB
