What you will do

• Create and schedule social media content to drive audience growth and maintain brand consistency
• Prepare and distribute email newsletters and promotional campaigns via MailChimp
• Manage student communications and correspondence with associations using CRM systems
• Design basic marketing visuals and short-form video content to support promotional efforts
• Update website content and information using WordPress and Elementor
• Coordinate with external contractors, such as video editors, to produce content

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Canva, and CapCut
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and MailChimp
• Experience working with CRM systems for client communication management
• Strong creative and visual design sensibility with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under video recording and supervision
• Availability to work Monday-Friday during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
