What you will do

• Lead delivery of critical technical initiatives and define engineering practices across the business unit.
• Architect large-scale data integration, cloud-native systems, deployment strategies, and full-stack production solutions.
• Shape AI engineering strategy, including LLM gateways, enterprise AI governance, evaluation, observability, and AI-augmented development.
• Lead ML initiatives involving model development, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into validated prototypes and scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Develop technical leaders, manage executive stakeholders, and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with extensive relevant experience.
• Deep technical expertise and a proven record of organization-wide technical leadership.
• Advanced experience in software architecture, data integration, full-stack development, rapid prototyping, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in AI evaluation, AI-augmented development, architecture and design, code quality, developer experience, technical writing, and site reliability engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data modeling, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Thessaloniki, Greece.
