UIT - Trading & Client Support Manager (Finance)

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 base per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Lead trading activity for equity and fixed-income unit investment trusts across primary and secondary markets.
• Support broker-dealer home office clients with portfolio availability, new offerings, portfolio highlights, and competitive positioning.
• Serve as the main point of contact for broker-dealer UIT relationships and help develop long-term industry partnerships.
• Assist with the creation and redemption of trusts and units through the trustee.
• Ensure trading processes, systems, communications, reporting, and accountability comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Lead the trading desk with one direct report and collaborate with client accounts, operations, product specialists, portfolio managers, compliance, technology, and the custodian.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required for employment.
• Series 24 license or the ability to obtain it.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of industry experience, with customer service, trading, or sales experience.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and respond responsibly as situations develop.
